Silent patriotism heard loud and clear

BRENDA HENSLEY AND MARY BRIDGEMAN LANDRUM MEMORIAL SEPT 11, 2014

Attending Landrum’s Sept. 11 Memorial Program, Brenda Hensley and Mary Bridgeman of Green Creek, wanted to convey how they felt about USA and Sept. 11.

Living in a quiet world, Brenda and Mary use sign language and the written word to communicate.

Holding small American flags, they are proud to be American.  They felt sadness for this devastating disaster. To convey their feelings, they wore shirts printed ‘God Bless the USA’, ‘Remember The DAY 9-11’.

Their message was loud and clear –  be proud and remember those lost.
