Tryon Equestrian Partners announces Inaugural Tryon Fall Festival

Tryon International Equestrian Center will host the Tryon Fall Festival from Sept. 16 – Oct. 26, 2014 featuring over $800,000 in prize money with with one A rated and five AA rated hunter weeks and two Rolex/USEF Ranked Classes each week.

The highlight Grand Prix will be a $100,000 class on week three but every week will have a $25,000  welcome stake and a Grand Prix worth $30,000 on week 1 and on week one and on weeks two, four, five and six a $25,000 welcome and a $50,000 Grand Prix.

Hunters feature a weekly USHJA National Hunter Derby and USHJA pre Green  incentive as well as all the usual top level hunter classes. There will be circuit championship awards in all divisions as well as many special awards during the Festival.

Tryon International Equestrian Center (TIEC) opened to great reviews in July.

TIEC has over 500 permanent horse stalls with fans and mats as well as secure tack rooms steps away from the fourOlympic caliber sand rings and a large international arena with stadium seating and lighting.

There are eight log cabins with two, three and five bedroom configurations as well as some other four and five bedroom homes available.

Owned by Tryon Equestrian Partners, the Tryon International Equestrian Center, part of the new Tryon Resort, is only an hour west of Charlotte Douglas International Airport, and 40 minutes from the highly acclaimed City of Asheville, N.C.
