Local Artist and Horticulturist Nancy (Nance) Wolff will be the guest speaker at the Foothills Association of Master Gardeners Lecture Series on August 4 at 1:30 p.m. This presentation will be given at Isothermal Community College Polk County Campus.  It is open to the public free of charge and no reservation is required.

Wolff says that she has gotten to the point in her life where she can indulge her favorite pleasures from Daylilies to hat making.  The Tryon Daily Bulletin, July 12 issue featured an article about the Green Creek resident.  In her lecture Wolff will cover gardening with daylilies, what they like and do not like, dealing with deer, hybridizing, and other gardening tips she has learned over the years.
