Polk County July 16 District Court results

In Polk County District Court Wednesday, July 16, 2014, with Judge Emily G. Cowan presiding, 130 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.
The following persons were convicted of a crime:
Julie Ann Brockway was convicted of driving while license revoked. Brockway was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation and court costs.
Brian Christopher Forney was convicted of failure to appear on misdemeanor. Forney was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, a $50 fine and court costs.
Daniel Andre Gauthier was convicted of impaired equipment. Gauthier was fined $40 and court costs.
Danicka Joy Martin was convicted of speeding 54 mph in a 45 mph zone. Martin was fined $30 and court costs.
James Willis McGregor was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. McGregor was fined $30 and court costs.
Melinda Katherine Stepp was convicted of second-degree trespass. Stepp was fined $50 and court costs.
