Helen “Jerry” Smith Petty O’Shields, 82, of Campobello, S.C. died July 4, 2014.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Ervin O’Shields; daughter, Laura “Penny” Jones; grandchildren, Leah Steadman (Thomas) and Candice Storms (Jeff).

She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.

Services were held July 7 at Bobo Funeral Chapel.
