About a week prior to the NCHSAA State 2 A West Regional Track and Field finals at PCHS, I was left without sports medicine personnel to assist athletes who might be in need of help to continue the meet.
I ended up contracting with Pro Physical Therapy in Columbus. Erin Alley and Theresa Wagoner were dispatched to the meet. I could not have asked for two better professionals. They showed up, set up and had the athletes evaluated and back up and competing in a few minutes, or they informed them professionally that they would be unable to compete any more in this meet. If an athlete were to have the day ended because of an injury, they sat with and soothed the hurt and the loss.
I want to thank Pro Physical Therapy generally and Erin and Theresa specifically for delivering to us the best health care that we have had at a Regional meet in my 22 years of coaching and running the track meet at the regional Level.
