Mental Health Support joint meeting May 1

A joint meeting of two mental health support groups will convene on Thursday, May 1 at 7 p.m. at the Tryon Presbyterian Church Annex at Harmon Field.
Two speakers will tell how their recent peer facilitation training has given them forward thinking ideas an improved view of their lives. After the speakers, the group will separate into two separate sessions.
Family members and their friends are welcome, as well as those dealing with anxiety, depression etc. disorders.
