Live butterflies released Easter morning at LUMC

Landrum United Methodist Church will hold a live butterfly release dureing the 11 a.m. service on Easter Sunday. The chrysalides arrived from California (Friday) and Saturday, a group of middle school students met to form the dark containers for them. The chrysalides were then transferred to a temperature controlled environment so that they would be mature and ready to be eeleased Easter morning.
