Students from Sunny View Elementary School were honored recently as “Terrific Kids.” The Tryon Kiwanis Club sponsors the program, which recognizes students from each classroom for their good citizenship and hard work for the month. Students received a certificate of honor, a pencil and a bumper sticker that identifies their parents’ car as having a “Terrific Kid” in the family.  February winners were: Front row: Dixie Siegfried, Tailynn Nelon, Zalen Dalton, Logan Luckadoo, Essie Bea Mitchell.  Second row: Noe Morales, Ava Brady, Alonzo Trejo, Olivia Turner, Landen Claros, Joshua Greene, Bo Reid.
