A dozen people enjoyed participating and relaxing to the Tibetan bowl session given by Pauline Ross, Sunday, Jan. 12 at the Mill Spring Agricultural and Community Development Center.
Sound is a powerful tool that connects us with the sound of the universe and our own sound, which allows us to find our inner space of silence, peace, serenity and joy.
Sound therapy can treat a host of obstacles in daily life, depression, headaches, anxiety, stress, muscle contraction and more.
Ross demonstrated how the bowls can be applied on the body for deeper vibration and healings, something she offers on an individual basis.
Come enjoy a second peaceful sound therapy session Jan. 19th by Ross. Reserve, as space is limited. A small donation accepted.
