VFW Post 10349 strives to honor local teachers with award

The Veterans of Foreign Wars and Post 10349 are honoring America’s teachers in grades K -12 with the Citizenship Education Teacher Award. The award identifies and recognizes America’s best educators.

Wouldn’t you like to see them get the honor they deserve? If you would like to nominate a teacher, a form is available. The person nominating the teacher, must on a separate piece of paper, describe (type or print) in 350 words or less why they feel his or her nominee should be selected for the Smart/Maher VFW National Citizenship Education Teacher Award.
