Eighteen residents of Tryon Estates, including donors to the scholarship program, attended a portion of the three-day final concerts on July 18 – 20.

The camp lasted three weeks and included intensive training in all aspects of music. This year marked the 45th annual season of the Cannon Music Camp.  Students have come from 27 states and 11 nations to attend.

Sixty faculty and staff members, many professors in music, conducted the programs. The total enrollment of students is limited so that special attention can be given to each student.

Students interested in participating in the 2014 program should plan to submit applications in October and audition in November 2013.
