Erma Cziryak Jarman

Erma Cziryak Jarman, of Pilesgrove, NJ passed away on April 24, 2013. Born in Paulsboro, NJ, Mrs Jarman was the daughter of Sigmund & Agnes Katona Cziryak. Throughout the years not only did she work the family farm, but she also spent 20 years driving a school bus for the Woodstown, NJ School System. Very strong in her faith, she was very devoted to her church, the Pittsgrove Presbyterian.

Erma loved to spend time with her family and friends. She and her husband, Claude, enjoyed attending NASCAR Races and traveling frequently in their RV. She also enjoyed cooking, crocheting, embroidering and tending to her flowers and garden.

She is survived by her husband, Claude Jarman, her daughters Faye Thies of Sewell, NJ, Chaz Williams, of Landrum, SC, Elizabeth Quattlebaum and her husband Robert of Tryon, NC, Elaine Brooks and her husband George of Pilesgrove, NJ, Her sister, Ethel Mitchell of Gibbstown, NJ, nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, her daughter, Faith Schwebel Waddington, a brother Charles Cziryak and a son-in-law Eugene Thies predeceased her. The family has suggested that donations can be made to the Pittsgrove Presyterian Church, 312 Daretown Road, Elmer, NJ 08318.
