Bradshaw Road on SR- 1122, at the Howard Gap end will be closed to traffic for the next three to four weeks as crews work to repair a portion of the road that is caving in.

Only local traffic will be allowed to pass with the direction of flaggers on SR-1122, Howard Gap. Detour signs will be up for through traffic.

“We apologize for any inconvenience but this emergency repair must be done to ensure safe travel for the motoring public,” said Thomas Hall, transportation supervisor with Polk County maintenance. “Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated.”
