Polk sheriff’s office weekly report

During the week from Feb. 25 through March 3, 2013, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office answered 210 calls.

Officers made 12 arrests, issued 30 citations, served 17 criminal papers and 17 civil papers.

The sheriff’s office assisted other agencies 12 times, completed 282 house checks, 417 church checks, 657 business checks, assisted the public 12 times and patrolled 8,050 miles.
