Billy Metcalf
Published 9:24pm Tuesday, February 26, 2013Charles William “Billy” Metcalf, 69, of Tryon died Feb. 23, 2013.
He was son of the late Guy B. and Evelyn T. Metcalf. He had worked in textiles and construction and served in the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his loving companion, Norma Denton and a sister, Carolyn Barnette.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 28, 2013 at Peniel Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Tom Frady.
