Bruce to speak to Carolina Camera Club Jan. 15

Published 9:47am Thursday, January 10, 2013

The Carolina Camera Club will meet on Tuesday, Jan. 15 at 6:30 p.m. at the Tryon Fine Art Center’s Mahler Room. Half of this meeting will be a Lightroom presentation, using the latest version of Lightroom, by Bob Bruce.

The other half will be a critique of photographs brought in by members or people who would like to be members. Photos must be 8×10 or larger and mounted, to give stability.  Participants can bring in three color or three black and white photos, or four if they are a mix of black and white and color.

This is an educational program for the purpose of improving photographic and photo printing techniques. The top photographs for the period between January and April 2013 will be eligible for show at the Tryon Fine Arts Center for the month of June. Club members will be critiquing each others’ prints.

Light refreshments will be served.

Everyone is welcome, whether you bring in a photograph or not.
