Polk superior court results

In Polk County Superior Court held Dec. 19, 2012, with Judge Mark E. Powell presiding, 41 cases were heard. Some cases were continued or dismissed.

The following persons were convicted of a crime (names are printed as they appear in court records):

Thomas Michael Cunningham was convicted of felony probation violation out of county. Cunningham was sentenced to 90 days in jail with credit for time served.

Ricky Eugene Greenway was convicted of felony probation violation. Greenway was sentenced to 90 days in jail with credit for time served.

Michael Kareem Hannon was convicted of 11 counts of felony probation violation. Hannon was sentenced to 90 days in jail.

Daniel Earl Logan was convicted of felony probation violation, driving while license revoked and unsealed wine/liquor in passenger area. Logan was sentenced to 45 days in jail with credit for time served.
