A constitutional amendment might be in order

To the editor:

A United States Constitutional amendment may be in order.

It would make the playing of Christmas music on the radio before Thanksgiving a federal offense, punishable by no less than a $1,000 fine and a noncommutable sentence of 30 days in jail with music piped into the prisoner’s cell, 24/7, playing over and over again Gene Autry’s recording of Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer.
