King displays artwork at Carolina Foothills Chamber of Commerce

The Carolina Foothills Chamber of Commerce has recently received eight paintings on loan from Tryon Painters and Sculptors artist Marie King of Tryon.

The paintings are all of downtown Tryon, and beautifully depict the unique buildings and quaint settings of the town.  They are hanging in the chamber Conference Room, which is open to the public for viewing, Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. -5 p.m.

Along with the paintings, note cards of each scene are available for sale in the lobby, with all proceeds going to TDDA (Tryon Downtown Developemnt Association).  For more information, call the chamber at 859-6236.
