Columbus Fire Department on a roll

The Columbus Fire Department competes in a barrel roll at the Columbus Farm Festival on Saturday, Oct. 6. The event also featured exhibits of farm animals and equipment, food, games, tours of the historic Polk County courthouse and other activities. In addition, Tawana Weicker brought the new Polk County High School biodiesel wagon to the festival and explained how the process of producing biodiesel fuel works. See page 7 for more photos.
