Carswell, Reid retire from PCTA

Polk County Transportation Director Jewell Carswell retired after 32 years of service last week. The county held a retirement party for Carswell and Tena Reid, who retired after 17 years as a transportation secretary and driver. Reid was unable to attend the party because of her health, but she Skyped the many people who attended. County manager Ryan Whitson presented Carswell a clock in recognition of her years of service.
