Holding, Gurganus bring ‘Oldest Living Confederate Widow’ to TFAC

Saturday, Sept. 29 at 7 p.m. The play is based on Gurganus’ 1989 novel, “Oldest Living Confederate Widow Tells All,” which was on the New York Times Best Seller list for eight months. The performance will be a benefit for CooperRiis. For ticket information, call 828-859-8322 or www.tryonarts.org. Premium tickets include an after-event reception with Jane Holding and author Allan Gurganus, with Southern Fare provided by Tupelo Honey Café.
