Holt performs at Landrum Library

Four-time Grammy Award winner David Holt will present “Music and Stories from the Southern Mountains” Saturday, Aug. 11 at 7 p.m. on the new outdoor stage at the Landrum Library. Holt is the host of public television’s “Folkways” and Public Radio International’s “Riverwalk: Classic Jazz from the Landing.” The concert is part of a series connected with the Smithsonian traveling exhibit “New Harmonies: Celebrating American Roots Music.” The interactive exhibit is open for viewing during normal library hours.
