Zoo Train fun at TFAC summer camp

Published 5:58pm Wednesday, June 27, 2012

Mothers, fathers, grandfathers, grandmothers and great-grandmothers gather with children from infants to kindergarteners to sing, dance and learn in the Zoo Train curriculum offered at Tryon Fine Arts Center during the first week of the Summer Kindermusik and Art Camps. The zoo theme explored by all ages in rhythm and sound through Kindermusik is continued in the art camp for students ages 4-8 immediately  following. The next TFAC Summer Camp session, “Up in the Sky,” will be July 23-27. For more information, call 828-859-8322 ext. 213 or visit www.tryonarts.org. (photos submitted by Marianne Carruth)

Thanks to TFAC, Beth, Marianne and everyone who ‘made this happen’. Jammin had the time of his life! Both the Art and Music program were fabulous… “Zoo Train” rocked! Looking forward, anxiously, to “Up in the Sky”… and calling upon all parents/grandparents to register quickly.
