Mary Marshall
Published 6:05pm Monday, April 23, 2012Mary Eugenie Auld Marshall, 90, of Inman, S.C. died April 20, 2012. She was the daughter of the late Isaac Dennis and Agnes Holbrook Ashley Auld and wife of the late Roy Myles Marshall.
A lifelong resident of Mount Pleasant, S.C., until retiring to the Landrum area, she was a member of The Episcopal Church of the Holy Cross and was a member of the Landrum Garden Club. She was retired from the S.C. Department of Health.
She is survived by a son, Jim King Jr. (Hetty) of Campobello; a sister, Clara Stokley (James B.) of Wilmington, N.C.; grandchildren, Joanne Ashley King, Jay King (Carol) and a great-grandchild, Isaac Dennis Auld King, all of Campobello. She was predeceased by a brother, Isaac Dennis Auld Jr.
The family will receive friends from 3-4 p.m. Wednesday, April 25 at Petty Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow at 4 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.
