U.S. Marine Corps Private First Class Justin Blackburn graduated from boot camp at Parris Island, S.C. in January of 2011 and the USMC School of Infantry in February 2011.
Blackburn is a 2010 graduate of Polk County High School. He is the son of Debi Wulff of Tryon.
